Caught myself eating too many sweets this week and as of Thursday, I'm back on track. Logging in the food makes a difference and the more time I put into this, the less time I have to put food in my mouth!
64.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
