I haven't lost or gained an ounce this week. although my weight loss is very slow, I am not discouraged because I am focused on the big picture, the long journey not the every day battles and victories💕 I have eaten the right foods this past week and I have not ate anything that would harm my body. So I choose to keep a positive attitude and not be discouraged 💕
