So disgusted to say I was 224 pounds eight months ago. C’est la vie. I must forge a head and not the back!

106.6 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg. Still to go: 22.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.4 kg a Week
