Followed the diet to a "t". I did two workouts yesterday and I made sure that I ate very carefully. I guess I just needed to be shocked by the scale again. I might do another workout tonight or perhaps tomorrow night. I might do this every other night so that I don't get worn out on days when I am doing weight training. That might be best and today, I am doing weight training.
