went to Storyland today ended up with 15,000 steps and ate really well. I did have a heat issue, but overcame it. great, hot, tiring day.
125.8 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 57.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
