pengen banget diet dn kembali k bb wktu dlu yg d angka 52kg skrg mah udah 60kg. udah susah banget mo nahan nafsu makan yg manis2 apa lg klo lg stress pasti ngemil. udah d tgur sma org kantor katanya makin semok seksi (pdhal ini hinaaan banget yg artinya gendutn) .bagi tips dong sayang sobat fs biar ad motivasi n nahan godaan buat ga ngemil lg apa lg malam .
