I did not loose as much as I would have liked to. My 1st week was not to bad though. ...the weekend could have been better. What makes it worse is that I fractured my ankle so I've not been able to excersice. Any suggestions on what excercises to do at home while I'm waiting for my foot to recover?
79.7 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
