Not eating right, but not gaining either. I'm stumped. But, I am now motivated to begin trying again. I want to lose 8 lbs before my 53rd b-day at the end of April. I know I can do it.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 26.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
