Just 1 day of taking the old medication and sticking to calorie counting, already lost about 4 lbs. I know most of it is probably water weight, etc. but it definitely feels motivating, especially in keeping up with the meds. Let's see how long I can do the calorie counting, working from home makes it easier too since I'm not easily tempted with "snack time" at work- that's some of the downfall of working in a tech field now.
