Finally down two pounds. This has been a hard week. Always hungry. I need to get back to my vegatables. Weekend is approaching, need to maintain my intake. That is my goal.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
