Wasn't a good week. The pizza and raspberry pie did me in. I savored every bite of the pie. I will do better this week. Off to the casino tomorrow. Another challenge, but am learning to conquer it. My desert will be a half slice of their carrot cake which I love. I can't pass it up but can have a half slice.
89.9 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
