The thing is I gained a little but I feel my body getting so much tighter. So I guess a little gain is ok. Plus the red monster is in town. LOL!
80.8 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
