Thanks, and working on it. Went out of town for 5 days and ate really good...too good but I’m back in the saddle again. We have another trip about 2 weeks long in August so this was a practice run for do’s and dont’s While on the road to our destination. I have about 5 lbs to go and then a newer goal of 145. Again Thanks!
