I am doing everything I know to do and the results are slow coming. I figured that me changing my life so drastically would show a huge weight loss, but of course not...kind of bummed.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Remember that you didn't gain the weight quickly, so you'll likely not lose it quickly. Slower is better; you'll have a better chance to keep it off AND sustain a steady loss throughout without hitting a plateau. Don't beat yourself up.
