I know this sounds bad-but I feel like I really stuck to it this week. I usually have one or two days(if not more) a week where I eat something that I know I should not eat. This past week I had more control than I have had in the past-and I hope to keep it up! I am really hoping by my B-day (April 2) that I can be to a 50 pound loss. Wish me luck!
129.5 kg Lost so far: 20.1 kg.    Still to go: 47.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
