I'm so excited I have lost 3.6 lbs. sometime I feel like I want to give up, but now that I'm seeing results I'm not giving up.
142.2 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 60.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
