oats campur telor trs didadar pake minyak 1 sdm aja. enak loh dikasi garam,lada. atau kalo suka susu, bisa campur susu kedelai/susu low fat sesuai selera 😉

Krn aku masih gk bisa nasi merah, aku pilih umbi2an dan oatmeal😂 jagung, kentang, ubi ungu, kadang malah roti gandum😂

@thiew.. kalau saya mala oat+susu low mlm bikin terus masuk kulkas besok baru mkn. pingin manis toping atas pake buah2,kismis kadang dikit madu.kalau pingin asin mala mkn sama lauk😂

Dulu ga bisa makan nasi merah. Tapi dipaksain akhirnya skrg malah jadi suka. Dan ga suka nasi putih skrg karena abis makan nasi putih ak 2 jam kemudian langsung lapar mahadaya wkwkkwkwk
