bahagia bgt bisa turun 1kg.pdhl kmrin puasa pas buka makan dada ayam bakar, tempe 2, nasi seporsi buanyak, sambel, cilok goreng. sampe kekenyangan mau muntah....pagi ini blm bisa pup...tadaaa timbangan ke kiri se setrip 🤣
