Staying under 200 goal for moment - having fun - be sure not to let anything get into your head or anybody etc - support is everywhere - friends home , friends here , resources to get questions answered and just need to look for them / no question or problem is unimportant especially the first time because of the unknown - congrats to everyone hitting marks and those trying - effort is just as or more important - Thamks for the support along the way . if you haven't found other things besides the journey already to enjoy , please look for them - I love racing , music , family and friends , church and that takes all my time - Go find what you enjoy and pursue it or multiple items , people , places or things etc and it will make your journey more productive faster , easier , not so demanding or worrisome - YOU ARE ALL DOING IT - CONGRATS
Only negative foods eating and sparily are ice cream although I got whip cream now - beer although low carb bud select 99calories, candy got to have done turtles pecan and m&m once in awhile , pizza once in awhile piece or 2 , hardly any breads but I love gyros but pretty much the extent of that - no sandwich bread , pasta , watch my cheese cause that makes me bouce right back up quickly -
