So i've fluctuated the past few weeks with eating super good and then going off plan at times. Over the past couple of days i have been back on track 100% and if feels good.

Need to work in more exercise...that's my new goal and i'm going to do it, dangit!

Also, i've spent the last 1.5 months in the 190's and i can't wait to be permanently in the 180's!! I spent so much time wanting to get to Onederland and now that i'm here i just want to get out of the 190's.

This journey can be frustrating but i know that it's not about the time it takes it's about staying on plan (most of the time) and allowing my body to adjust.

I will get there. I will get to goal. If it takes longer than expected, well, at least i'm on the right path and i'll eventually get there.

Here's to hoping the 180's stick around for awhile...
