Excited about weight this morning. Now this is really motivating me to keep on track. Only weighing in once a week really does work. I use to watch the scale everyday and get discourage about the weight fluctating up and down. Now I will keep on track to eat healthier and more leaner.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
