Back at gym after a few months. 13 kg up and unfit as hell but we start somewhere. 😏 I got this!

day 2. Back at gym. Theres a certain power following through when you said you would. It makes it easier for the next time. Already feeling more flexible. 😀🙌✋

struggling to get to to train in the mornings. lazy virus attacks me. 😏 Tomorrow I MUST get up at 5 am to train before work.

walked lions head this morning. Was so much easier I expected the worst!! That's muscle memory. Feels good to be back in it. Will be a once a week thing now. 🙌🙌🙋

legs felt a little sore from mountain. So I went to gym today and worked them again. That's how it's done 🙌🙌

Today I start dropping the cortisone I've had to be on. been holding onto water looking puffy etc but eating correctly and going to gym the whole week. let's see what happens now... 😀
