Ate horrible last Sunday all day. Dealt with a hard situation with my son and me and my husband stress ate about it. I’m talking Krispy Kreme, Burger King, popcorn. Jeez, woke up Monday up 6lbs. Have been eating Keto friendly since, but it has taken all week to get back to where I was pre-binge. Pray for me
