Another big loss and a little concerned with how fast it's coming down. I'm still cutting at -1000kcal approx. but I'm not factoring in all of my exercise; sport and yoga I do - but I've been taking a lot of hikes (thanks to the weather) and currently tearing the house to pieces so I can decorate. I might have to reduce my deficit 😕
90.5 kg Lost so far: 24.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Make sure you are eating enough and maybe time to up calorie intake if you are doing lots of exercise...

I feel like I'm eating enough; always full of energy and never tired. I'm just concerned I'll end up with loose skin, but I legitimately feel like I could stay at this pace. I could increase to a -750kcal deficit but I'm actually struggling to eat the amount of calories I have now.

Great you have energy. Have you used BMR calculator and Harris Benedict equation - great to determine calories required. Then reduce calories required by 15-20%

Yes, but I work from TDEE rather than just a straight BMR because I'm training at the same time.
