In basic training, the drill sergeants would call out "DRIIINK WAAATER!" to signal to us it was, uh, time to drink water. That's my manta for healing from the last two weeks. Drink water. Drink water.

We do the same thing in archaeology when it's really hot and you don't realize you're getting dehydrated, so we make sure to call breaks. Drink your water, good job!
