No gain or loss after my cheat day. Disappointed that I didn’t lose anything even though my cheat day consisted of only 1200 calories for the day 😒 Anyone else struggling with this issue?

Oh yeah.. plateau's in loss happen. Perhaps change something up a bit in your plan to break up the equilibrium.
