Ok, been on a diet for a week now and have not lost anything but a pound. This is really aggravating. It really wants to discourage me, but I will not let it get to me. I will lose this weight. The weekend is here and this is the hardest time for me. Not as active like I ame at work and food all around me. The kids want to go to a movie and eat afterwards. Its hard to eat a salad when they are eating everything else. But you know what I can do this. If log into this journal everyday, it will help motivate me....
I screwed up today. Had an extra small sandwich.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
