23 hari berlalu... yey... turun 3.9 kilo..... olah raga 4 kali seminggu cardio full dan diet. nah berarti rata rata 1.1 kg per minggu
80 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 25 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
