Proud of you, You can do this, you have already loss quit a bit of weigh congrats! Trying to eat healthy and loosing weight is actually making a life change in habbits. We make habbits quick but to brake our bad habbits is slow but it will be worth it. You keep trying your efforts will pay off. 🤗 You can do this!
