Usually a day I eat 500 calories , doing sports:
run
I stand on the bar
wring out
swing the press
perform special exercises for the legs
but I do not lose weight no one knows why?
50.9 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
