it's not going well.. It's been a tough week and having my evening meal when I get home from work at 9.15pm isn't helping.. But saying that staying up late to watch tv and wanting a snack isn't helping either. I need to get myself sorted 😊 I can and will do this xxx

For a tough week you're doing good, this is just a wee blip. Hitting the late night muchies on the head is hard to do, if you have to eat your evening meal at a later time try setting a deadline to stop eating, maybe 10p.m. in your case. I actually found this works for me, my cut off is 8p.m. I just have a drink of water now when the munchies call after that, it's hard but getting easier.
