Reached this weight a while back, just hadnt logged on here in forever! :) new goal is 145 :) the last few lbs are deff the hardest

sotoday we had a potluck for my boss' birthday @ work. it was very hard not to be tempted by the smell of delicious food all around me, but i think i did pretty well.. i ate salad first and got super small portions of the "bad" stuff.. it was still a bigger lunch than i would have liked, so to even that out ill have veggies only for dinner.

So today is Day 2 of my Getting Ready For Vegas Diet!! I didnt have a chance to get on yesterday, so I will note this today. I've started to do the Slim Fast Diet hoping to kick start my weight loss for our Vegas trip in November. I have exactly 57 days from today to lose between 20-30 lbs. With 20 lbs lost i would be happy, 30 I would be ecstatic since that is my goal.
