I’m loving my keto lifestyle. I set a goal of loosing 100lbs in a year. I’m down 70lbs since mid August, which puts me at 30lbs to my goal. I happy, feeling amazing and pain free. Be fat adapted is the best, I’m literally burning fat on a daily basis. I’m down to one meal a day and I can fast for 5 days if I want.
