Trying to get back on track, seem to have fallen off the wagon in the last week. Stressful weeks seem to make it much harder to keep everything in balance, I know it's just a matter of making a change and keeping it. Have'nt gained or lost anything just sitting here static.

Went out for Mexican tonight and everything tasted so good, my hubby ends up getting half of my dinners anytime we go out anymore(he's one of those people that weigh absolutely nothing and can't gain a pound).
Even the sopapilla was great, seeing as that's something I never order. Oh well you have to treat yourself once in a while.

Had a halfway decent day till I got home,(here's my sob story for the night) Someone shot my dog and we had to put him down. Makes for a long unhappy evening, I suppose at least I don't want to eat anything for tonight. Will miss him.

Little by little it's starting to become habit. The thing I've noticed most is how I don't have to have seconds or something to eat everytime I sit down to watch tv or read. Not half as hungry as I always thought I was!:)
