i am SO excited!!!
159.5
baby!!! got right back on the horse (or right back into my corvette, if you will) after a little falling off last week, and it paid off!! i can NOT remember the last time i was in the 150s and i am so happy & proud of the way i've been working and my newly developed self-control and motivation!!! so much of that comes from the awesome community here and, of course, BTBW!! thank you all so much for the wonderful support you give and amazingly inspiring stories, and let's all keep up the GREAT work!!

just wanted to check in with my teammates..sorry it's been so long since i've posted on the challenge post or commented on any of your journals, but i've been under the weather for the past couple of days (and as a result, not eating as well or excercising as much as i should be :( ) i'm feeling a bit better today, and tonight we're flying to washington dc to visit family for the weekend so i'm not too sure about internet access...SOMEHOW though i will find a scale and report in! keep up the great work everyone!

i would like to dedicate my 2.5 lb loss this week to the BORN TO BE WILD CHALLENGE :) i feel great!!
the best part of all of this is that i can really feel my habits changing..it's easier to refuse food i know isn't good for me, and my late-night snacking is almost completely gone.
