請問大家運動過後都吃什麼🤔?
我是上一個小時的有氧運動
運動後我大部分都買超商的地瓜、茶葉蛋+搭配豆漿
或者搭配沙拉 御飯糰 但我都空腹去運動完在吃東西!
午餐都在下午3-4點才吃,晚餐8-9點吃
我本身在餐飲業工作。吃飯時間不固定。所以才會導致身材很難瘦⋯尤其冬天的時候晚餐時間都是已經宵夜時段了⋯
我目前想減重雕塑身形
163/85。 想問問大家出來運動之外
飲食方面都怎麼吃?運動還有搭配其他運動嗎?
