I have not been posting due to life. So much to deal with right now. I only have 3 weeks before my vows. I have been so sick lately so I cant really keep up with exercise. I'm not gaining but I'm feeling down about the illness. My eating is on track when I am able to keep food down. I just need to feel good so I can get completely on track. On the positive side, I made a great butternut soup tonight that is easy on the tummy. So easy to do and tastes yummy!

Anyone who is into cardio and is looking for a good workout choice might want to check out videos made by Kendell Hogan. He is a great trainer! His workouts are easy to follow and full of basic moves that strengthen and tone as well as burn fat. I absolutely love him!

Well, I'm back to the heavy workouts in spite of all the stress in my life right now. I had to will myself to take the time this morning but I did it.It's not that i don't want to work out, I LOVE IT! but stress is killin me. Sometimes life just gets ahold of you and you have to really fight just to keep your head up. That's where I am right now. I'm a fighter so I will push on. The diet is so easy for me to follow and I love to cook so I am always creating new ways to enjoy the food on my menus. I'm getting more used to my new meds so the nausea is not so bad these days. A little over 6 weeks to go! I can't wait!

Ok...I have about 7 weeks until I re-new my wedding vows. This is a big deal cause all my kids (now adults) will be there to share in the blessings. We are going on a week long honeymoon after as we never did so in the beginning. We have been together 20 years October 22nd.
I would like to lose 20 pounds in the next 7 weeks. We will see what happens. I am already down about 16 pounds without even trying that hard. The extreme fat smash has been a God send for me. I will be turning up the heat on my workouts starting tomorrow. My hubby is trying to lose 20 also. He is down 10 pounds with no exercise. He works 16 hour days so exercise is tough. Wish us luck!
