The past couple of days I have not really tracking what I’ve eat and being ignorant to what I’ve actually eat. Today I’m in a better frame of mind and ready to get back in the gym with a more positive outlook! I will weigh in later and I’m expecting a gain rather than a loss, but we all have bad weeks and this time I’m acknowledging it which is quite refreshing. Time to lose the fat and get back on track!! So even though I have osteoarthritis in my lower spine and hip, copd and a severe heart condition I have made it to the gym everyday this week and the weight is slowly coming off.. not gonna lie though it is killing me, but is worth every minute of pain.
