I reached my goals yesterday but I ate my last meal a little later than I should have and went to bed feeling a little bloated. my last meal should be 6pm no later!

yesterday was an excellent day. I stayed well below by max calorie intake my exercise went well. yesterday was also my 1st day using fatsecret and I attribute much of my success to that fact. I hope it and it's members continue to help hold me accountable.
