I feel more hope and still got it! I cut calories and started gardening and walking with my kids. At 35 its getting harder too maintain my weight and I fell off the wagon. I'm back on the loser wagon until then ;) You got this!!!

I know weight flexes 1 or 2 pounds, but this brings hope. I haven't been stuffing stress face. Being aware more of why I am eating what I'm eating, helps alot. Staying aware of portions instead of cutting my favorite foods. DRINK WATER! You Got This!
