Went away this weekend and didn't log BUT made some better choices such as thinking first! Ha! Thanks again to all for your ideas and support. Any cookie (crunch) or cake low carb alternative ideas?

Lost what I gained. I remember I got so excited about losing my 1st pound I ate like a mindless maniac for a week. Learning. Trusting God. Trusting this supportive group.
