Hab alle meine bisherigen Essenseinträge gelöscht weil ich diese fressattacken zwischendurch nicht mehr sehen wollte.. ich habe heute wieder angefangen zu tracken und hoffe nie wieder so viel in mich zu stopfen..
Ich hatte mal Magersucht und dann bullimie. Eine ganz schreckliche Zeit an die ich eigentlich nicht denken will aber die fressattacken sind leider manchmal noch präsent. Aber ich schaffe das schon. Hab nämlich schon von 38kg bis 72kg alles auf der Waage gesehen
