share pengalaman senin-kamis turun 1kg lumayan lah sarapan cuma minum kopi+gula, paling kalau lapar makan roti gandum+selai kacang, makan siang bebas, sy makan padang rendang es jeruk, malam gak makan tetep turun 1/2kg sehari, kalau sore nya meskipun nyemil ringan aja bertahan tuh bb, kalau gak makan blass dari jam 2 siang smpe besok pagi bener-bener turun 1/2 kg. Ini kira2 pengalaman saya
