lagi Diet diajakin bukber
kemarin udh chet bukber keluarga mkn seafood penuh minyak tambah nasi
hr ini hrs ikut bukber kantor
pastinya makanan digoreng pulak
udah turun 2 kg dr target sih
sisa 1 kg lg, sayang kn klo stuck ato naik lg huhu
targetnya lebaran turun 3 kg

piring & sendok size normal lebih gede dr pd piring babang somay malah ga ditimbang krn hectic bgt mw buka puasa
pas selesai mkn kenyang si tanpa nyemil lain2 lg
mw tdr jam 10 laper lg 😅
tp dah keburu ngantuk ya tdr aja

goal jangka pendek, lose weight 3 kg dalam 2 minggu ...
cobak kita lihat
* carbo ganti dari nasi ke jagung kentang ubi
* no minyak no tepung no gula kurangi garam
* tambah porsi protein dan sayur
* klo laper mkn buah
knp cm 2 minggu, krn no minyak itu sulit syekali, terutama klo gapunya air fryer, lalu mkn tanpa nasi berat bgt 🥹 tp mw coba krn penasaran bgt bisa gaa ya wkwk
