Yes! First weigh in a week after having joined FS and very happy with results! (Even after a carb-filled Mother's Day brunch). It's a great motivation to keep going.

It's almost 3am and I've been awake since midnight (went to sleep at 10pm). Have a headache, probably didn't drink enough liquids yesterday. It's tough maintaining a good nutritional balance as is, but even more so when breastfeeding. You need to consume more calories than you normally would - it really drains your energy otherwise. Two months in and I am still finding it challenging to get the right balance of eating enough to replenish myself while also training hard to get fitter. Yesterday I didn't do any exercises like cardio, yoga or strength which upset me for a bit but I realised soon enough that I need to listen to my body and accept what it says. Yesterday I was just too tired. In a few hours the two kiddo's - especially my toddler - will be asking for my full attention so must try and get some sleep now! Night, night to all insomniacs out there!

Kicked off this new fit & food plan to help tone and lose 4kg. Am two months post-partum and finally recovered and allowed to exercise. I have another two months before I go back to work and would love to have all sorted by then ;) PS: some buddies on here would be great for extra motivation and making the journey less lonesome ;)

This is in fact my pre-pregnancy weight. However, all of it has magically accumulated around the belly.
