I tried spaghetti squash for the first time and I took a few bites and didn't like it and threw the whole thing away. Such an expensive vegetable and it's a hassle to fork the strings off and it doesn't even taste that great... Sorry I'll stick to the real thing..Besides they make rice pasta now so it's gluten free and tastes just the same as wheat or regular pasta.

This is what I ate yesterday....
*In the morning for breakfast I have my usual smoothie (1 tbsp of FSO and 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed, 1 banana, 1 scoop of whey protein)
*For snack at 11 am I had two hard boiled eggs sprinkled with Basil and Cayenne Pepper and 1 slice of sprouted bread
*Lunch: 1 chicken breast w/ steamed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, etc.)
*snack: 1 apple
*Dinner: 1 chicken breast w/ cucumbers sprinkled w/ cayenne and lemon and some leftover veggies
*1 slice bread topped w/ 1 frozen strawberry mashed w/ 1 tbsp of FSO
***I was tempted by my son's pizza and I scraped a little bit of cheese and sauce..It was very tiny but so damm delicious***
**Did 35 minutes of workout to a video my sister lent me Turbo Jam, It was kind of weird but it made me sweat***
