Tips Diet Aku beda dari yang lain, karena masih anak sekolah harus wajib sarapan😁
Sarapan = nasi + lauk yang sudah disiapin (jangan lebih dari 400 kl)
Makan sore = Buah-buahan + susu
skip makan siang, biasanya aku hanya minum air putih ±500 ml
untuk susunya aku lebih memilih susu yang mengandung kalsium tinggi tapi rendah kalori
