Ok so I'm still getting used to this whole thing and just now I joined a 6 week challenge so I hope that'll be good motivation. I've been kind of down lately...just got out of a breakup and I'm learning how to be single again. I wanna feel pretty again and that means getting healthy again and losing my last 10 pounds. I'd also like to get my life together and really figure out whats going to make me happy. Any motivation is greatly appreciated! I just wanna drink a bottle of wine and watch Family Guy...off I go!!

Ok so I'm a little down right now. I've been watching my calories for the last week and I weighed today hoping for a three to five pound loss and my scale said that I've gained 4.5 pounds! I put jeans and a sweatshirt on and my scale said that I've only gained 3 pounds. I think it's broken and I will need to buy a new one. I'm just really hoping that I will be 130 or so. I'm gonna be really disappointed if I've gained. I look a little thinner and I feel a lot better so hopefully it's just the scale. I will buy a new one today and record my weight tonight!

Tomorrow is my one week weigh in. I'm nervous! I feel like I've done pretty well this past week with calorie counting and staying on track. I haven't drank too much wine and if I have, I watch the rest of my calories for the whole day. I haven't really snacked on much junk food or sweets and have gotten into the habit of eating healthy things and I have minimal cravings for things. I'm scared to weight myself in the morning. My short term goal is 125 so hopefully I'll have gone from 135 to 130. I'd be satisfied with myself if thats what I do. This next week, I'm going to start tanning and start my gym membership and continue to watch my calories. I'll try to stick to just drinking bloody marys and no more wine. Hopefully I can get to 127 or so this time next week. I need to finish cleaning my house...I've done pretty well so far on crossing things off of my to do list. I need to clean my car and finish organizing my house and getting my laundry done and getting some stuff to goodwill.
