Tomorrow is my one week weigh in. I'm nervous! I feel like I've done pretty well this past week with calorie counting and staying on track. I haven't drank too much wine and if I have, I watch the rest of my calories for the whole day. I haven't really snacked on much junk food or sweets and have gotten into the habit of eating healthy things and I have minimal cravings for things. I'm scared to weight myself in the morning. My short term goal is 125 so hopefully I'll have gone from 135 to 130. I'd be satisfied with myself if thats what I do. This next week, I'm going to start tanning and start my gym membership and continue to watch my calories. I'll try to stick to just drinking bloody marys and no more wine. Hopefully I can get to 127 or so this time next week. I need to finish cleaning my house...I've done pretty well so far on crossing things off of my to do list. I need to clean my car and finish organizing my house and getting my laundry done and getting some stuff to goodwill.
