pernah liat d youtubenya YULIA kalo pagi hari minum teh hijau itu bagus bgt buat d serap tubuh. bikin g gampang laper juga. q tambahin sereh biar lebih seger n fit , apalagi d cuaca yg kayak gini. Tambahin madu jg biar lebih enak.. cobain deh...
