Okay, just over a week ago I joined this site with hopes it would help me, it has to some degree seeing how positive this environment is towards new/longtime users.
if anyone with ADD/ADHD can give me some advice on how they manage dieting please DM me, I feel like I am losing my mind.

First day on this site,
I have set up a weekly home shopping as I like to buy stuff if I go shopping in person, making sure I am being good haha.
Though I am having some problems finding some decent recipes that aren't stews or soups etc... , I am not following any sort of dietary program though, only recently started to count calories more which I have noticed a lot of things with just that.
Nearly 3 weeks ago after having an allergic reaction to nuts (which I never had allergies before in my life) it was a sort of wake up call to be more careful with what I put in my body.
Wondering to myself If I can have tasty meals once in a while or if I am going to be cutting it all out of my life until I get to my goal weight again.
